[Agent {K}]

Everyone MUST read the rules! The password for both the Application board and the Lounge board is located in here so read carefully! The password is 6 letters. Here’s a free letter to help you get started. The first letter is ‘p’. (the password should be entered all lowercase)

• Staff
  

  001. These positions are earned. Don’t ask for one because you won’t be eligible for one. We look for people who help as much as possible with answering questions or giving suggestions. If you are rewarded a staff position you can either accept it or decline it.
  002. The other staff members are to report all rule breaking via PM to Agent K. Included should be the offense as well as warning number.
  003. Staff is to treat members and each other with respect. Violation of this rule will result in the staff member being stripped of their power and deemed ineligible for reappointment. The second letter is L. Listen closely to everyone with a suggestion; you don’t know what might work.
  004. Always respect the Head Admin. She’s the one with the total power here. Her word is Final.
  005. This is the scale staff will use when giving warns. On the first violation, the member will be given a warning. On the second violation, if it is within two weeks of the first, you will be given a week ban. On the third violation, if it is within a week of returning from a ban, the account will be deleted and the member banned from the site. Warnings are renewed however every month. NOT all things will be considered for a warning. ONLY those that are in strict and COMPLETE violation of these rules (so don’t worry if there’s something you aren’t totally sure of =] you can always ask too ^_^).

  
  
• Members
  

  001. Respect other members and staff. Any disrespect will be reported to an admin.
  002. These rules are here for a reason. All we ask is that you follow them so that everything runs smoothly and our board doesn’t get shut down (no one wants that! O.o).
  003. While posting, do not make any rude or unnecessary comments. This means in generals and to other members. It might have been funny to you, but it probably wasn’t to someone else. You’re always better to play it safe!
  004. Please DO NOT fight in the c-box. If you have issues and want some advice, please use the Ventilation board. Or if you want to keep it personal with someone, talk it out over PM. Don’t be afraid to ask a staff member if you need help with anything.
  005. Keep your account as active as possible. This doesn’t mean you have to be on 24/7 because we understand you do have lives. Signing on 1 time a DAY (once a day either in the morning or night) and maybe leaving a post if possible is ideal. As much as we understand things come up out of the blue, please try and let us know if you’re going to be gone extended amounts of time. The third letter is A. If you are gone longer than a month and you haven’t been able to leave some kind of notice, your account will have to be deleted. For the record though, we really don’t want it to come to that.

  
  
• Role-Playing
  

  001. Role-play posts are done in the third person. Posts outside the RP boards can be done in first person.
  002. We ask that you use decent grammar. Text speak makes it hard for someone trying to reply to read.
  003. Keep swearing to a minimum. We understand that people swear sometime in their live, so it can happen every now and again, but not constantly and for no reason. Keep this in mind when creating your characters.
  004 This entire site is rated PG-13! KEEP IT THIS WAY! Hugging, kissing, holding hands… that is fine to role-play. Anything further then that is grounds for an automatic 3 week ban. If something has to happen for your plot to move, you can IMPLY that something happened. In the same sense, excessive role-play drinking is not allowed either. Basically, anything that is considered illegal for a 13 year old is not welcome here. Think of the stuff you see in a PG-13 TV show or movie. That’s as far as you can take it. So we do understand that some underage characters will ‘drink’. Just don’t make a whole huge thing about it. THIS RULE IS HERE BECAUSE IT COMPLIES WITH PROBOARDS TOS! If you have any question about this rule or something needs to be cleared up, PM Agent K directly and she will be more than happy to help.
  005. You are not allowed to control someone else’s character. You are also not invincible. And you can not kill someone else’s character without the maker’s consent. This is a basic rule on most role-play sites, so it’s really nothing new.
  006. We don’t have a SET post limit, but we ask that you write a paragraph especially if you’re a beginner. That’s about 150 to 200 words. Our intermediate and advanced role-players should be around 350 words and higher. A word count is available if you would like to use it and we all understand writer’s block here, but one-liners aren’t tolerated ever. Fourth letter is G. You always want to strive to write a post that is as long as the post box when it’s extended and then as far as you can after that! Giant posts like that are always much more fun to respond to, and helps your own post length as well! We aren’t going to hound you, but always keep it in mind.

  
  
• Lounge Posting
  

  001. These posts can be done in the first person and you are allowed to use short hand, though it isn’t usually advised. The Lounge is for fun so we aren’t going to be stuck up on bad grammar here.
  002. Keep swearing to a minimum here as well, no one likes people who are jerks just to be jerks.
  003. There are no post limits here! A replying post can be as long or as short as needed! ^_^
  004. Again, all content is to be kept PG-13. The fifth letter is U. That means videos, music, lyrics, comments, and anything else. We can’t stress this enough!
  005. Don’t be jerk to other people if they have different ideas. Just because its different thinking don’t mean they are completely wrong.
  006. Overall, don’t post anything you wouldn’t want your elders to see. This means nothing totally disgusting, offensive, or otherwise.

  
  
• General
  

  001. No spamming the C-Box with ads! There’s a board for that.
  002. Passwords are on the Application and Lounge boards for a reason. This makes sure you read them all. If for some reason you can’t access these two boards, PM Agent K with the password you found here and just let her know. She’ll help you out. In the same sense, if you can’t access other boards you should be able to, let the staff know and they’ll fix it for you.
  003. Ages for member groups can vary. Final letter is E. There’s no set age for any of the member groups.
  004. Icons can be up to 100(w) x 100(h). Signatures should be no bigger than 500(w) x 200(h) because bigger signatures make the page load slower. For role-players, at LEAST ONE of these pictures should be your character’s face claim. Lounge members can have whatever you want as your icon and signature. For role-players, your display name must as least have your character’s first and last name, and for club members we suggest that your display name be your alias or what you prefer to go by on the boards. It doesn’t matter how you dress them up though.
  005. We are a one character per account site. The only exception is for role-players who also want to take part in the Lounge boards. In that case you have the choice if you would like to create a new account specifically for the Lounge boards, or just use your character for them.
